Stephane Reinhardt, DMD The C.L.E.A.R. Institute, Brossard, Quebec, Canada
Co-Presenter Bio- Stephane Reinhardt graduated from the University of Montréal in 1992. He maintains a general dental practice in Brossard, Quebec, Canada
where he developed a special interest in orthodontics. During 2004 he introduced Invisalign in his practice and became an Elite Provider in 2007. In 2015, he was the first Canadian dentist to win the Invisalign Summit Shootout held at the Invisalign
Summit in Las Vegas. Since then, he reached the Top 1% level of Invisalign clinicians. With the purpose of bringing clinical clarity to the use of Invisalign treatment, during 2016, he and Dr. Frederic Poirier founded the C.L.E.A.R. Institute to answer
the increasing interests of all dentists to understand and integrate clear aligner orthodontics. Dr Reinhardt is a published author, guest lecturer at Case Western Reserve Department of Orthodontics, g)nathos, inc faculty and member of MENSA International.

Co-Presenter Bio-
Described as an educational entertainer, Gerry Samson completed pediatric dental residency at Emory University, 1979 and orthodontic residency at Northwestern University, 1981. Gerry is a Diplomat of The American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of The American College of Dentists. Dr. Samson holds formal faculty appointments at 7 postgraduate programs, lectures extensively and reviews orthodontic articles submitted for publication to The Angle Orthodontist and The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. In addition, he consults with private as well as corporate pediatric dental, orthodontic businesses, and is Clinical Officer for Specialty Dental Brands. Gerry was the invited guest Co-Editor of Seminars In Orthodontics: “Age Appropriate Orthodontics”, March and June, 2014 and author of the orthodontics mechanics chapter 2016 reference text book by Wiley Publications, “Recognizing and Correcting Developing Malocclusions: A Problem-Oriented Approaches to Orthodontics” – Prof. Eustáquio A. Araújo, Prof. Peter H. Buschang.

CE Details:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry. Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through program approval of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. COD of the ABPD is approved for awarding FAGD/MAGD credit. A maximum of 8 CE hours will be awarded for this program.

Cancellation Policy and Liability:
By Registrant-
Refunds, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before March 20, 2023. Registration fees will only be refunded to the person who paid the registration fees, by the same method as the original payment (i.e. credit card, check, etc.) and in the case of a credit card only to the same credit card used to pay the registration fees. Telephone cancellations ARE NOT accepted. No refund requests will be offered after March 20, 2023.
By COD- COD reserves the right to cancel, shorten, delay, or otherwise alter or change the meeting in their discretion. If the entire meeting is cancelled COD’s sole obligation is to refund registration fees paid to COD for the
meeting by a registrant. If the meeting is delayed, shortened or otherwise altered or changed, COD may in its discretion refund the registration fees paid to COD by a registrant on a prorated basis, but is under no obligation to do so. Registration
fees will only be refunded to the person who paid the registration fees, by the same method as the original payment (i.e. credit card, check, etc.) and in the case of a credit card only to the same credit card used to pay the registration fees. COD
is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or damages of any other kind, regardless of the nature of the cause of action that may be asserted. COD is not responsible and shall not pay for costs associated
with travel, airfare, lodging, food, transportation or other costs or losses incurred by a registrant in connection with the meeting or as a result of the meeting being cancelled, shortened, delayed, or otherwise altered or changed. Registrants are
solely responsible for such costs and losses and it is recommended that registrants consider purchasing sufficient insurance to cover such costs and losses. Under no circumstances shall COD’s liability to any registrant exceed the registration fees
paid by the registrant to COD in connection with the meeting.
